  • Personal assistant

    Personal Assistant is like having a private secretary take your calls 24/7, for 365 days a year. The service can: transfer callers to your office or customer service department for routine items; give callers frequently requested information; transfer callers to your cell, home office, or another phone number; and if you are unavailable take detailed messages and deliver them immediately to your email address. Personal Assistant can even receive faxes and send them to your email address. There is NO equipment to buy or long tern contracts. Record your own recordings or choose our "turn key" solution which is fully scripted and recorded....all ready for you to use.
  • Find Me / follow Me

    Find Me / Follow Me service can be set up independently or as an add on to regular Voicemail or any of our other services. Callers are routed to another phone number which can be a mobile number, landline or any other phone number. Find Me / Follow Me can easily be turned on and off, set to Do Not Disturb, or programmed to be turned on and off at specific times. Multiple numbers can be programmed and called and if unavailable messages can be taken by MessageLink voicemail or another voicemail system. Use caller ID management to control which calls are allowed to transfer or which ones are not. Easily edit Find Me / Follow Me numbers by phone or via the Secure Web Portal.
  • Voicemail

    Voicemail service is accessible 24/7 and can be used independently, or it can be connected to your existing telephone service and used to answer your phone. When a call rings your voicemail number, the service plays a personalized greeting and then, if you want, takes a message. Messages can be listened to by telephone, or they can be sent to your email and listened to on your computer or cell phone Various packages are available for individual service.
  • Voicemail Transcription

    READ your voicemail messages. Our service transcribes your voicemail messages and sends them to your email so you do not have to listen to recordings....you can read the message. Even works with non MessageLink voicemail as long as the voicemail can send a recorded message to an email address. Eliminate the need to write down critical details (phone numbers, names, meeting times and locations, etc.). Use a mobile phone to dictate e-mails and text messages and have them sent transcribed to your email. HOW IT WORKS: 1. Caller records voicemail message in your voicemail box.
    2. Message is converted to text and sent to your email address or cell phone with or without a copy of the recording attached.
    3. Read your voicemail message. If you need to you can also listen to the attached mp3 file of the actual recording.
  • Text Messaging

    Clients want to text your business so this service gives you a way to do that without giving out your cell phone number. Use your existing MessageLink service number and let us "text enable" it without interferring with your other services. Or if you want to use your business phone number we can check to see if it can be "text enabled". Use a computer, android or IOS device to send and receive text messages, communicate with clients and or groups. Great service for apartment complexes, churches, auto shops, service business like barbers, hair salons, vets, dentists, restaurants, and many more. Use it for reminders or client communications.

    Unique Real Estate service to market and promote properties. Advertise ONE phone number and assign different 4 digit numbers to properties so callers can listen to property descriptions by phone and then by pressing one button be connected directly to an agent. Combine with our Text Messaging service to send a website or property link to the callers cell phone so they can access additional information immediately via the Internet. Capture callers phone information for follow up.

    SmartLine answers your phones with a personal greeting that is customized for your open and closed hours of business in the following ways: 1) All the time as your receptionist to transfer calls to specific departments or individuals; 2) When all your lines are busy during open office hours; 3) When the office is closed after hours.

    Record information for callers to listen to with or without interaction. This service does not capture messages, but simply allows you to have recordings for callers to hear 24/7.   • Automated order / Survey

    Ask questions, take employee call offs, customer orders or conduct surveys by having callers record information in the same format on each and every call.   • Automatic call Distribution
